The CAPS (City Accreditation Program for Supervisors) program is a multi-track, middle management development initiative consisting of ten focused sessions. It’s designed to strengthen supervisor competencies and equip leaders to effectively navigate the diverse circumstances that arise in managing employee performance and daily work experiences.
