The September 2026 Edition of The EXcelevating® EXchange has arrived, and this month we are shining a spotlight on SERVICE & COMMUNITY IMPACT.
This edition reminds us that making an impact isn’t always about doing something big...it’s about being willing to show up, serve, support, connect, and use what’s already in our hands to make a difference.
Throughout Flight EX004, we celebrate women who are turning compassion into action, strengthening their communities, supporting one another, and demonstrating what happens when service meets purpose.
This month, we challenge you to ask:
-
Who can I help?
-
Where can I serve?
-
What can I do to make the community around me better?
The doors are open. The jet bridge is connected. Your September edition is ready for you!
Welcome aboard Flight EX004!

"Everybody can be great. Because anybody can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve... You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love."
